i hope i've made the right choice..
planning of time-table is really giving me a headache!!
in the end i've decided to choose MAS 451 - Time Series Analysis..
hope i'm making the right choice..
heard that it's a more useful but difficult course..
so this sem i'm gg to have MAS 451, MAS471, HP801, BS803 and HMJ2..
gg to take jap level 2 jus when my jap level 1 is still considered "fresh" in my head.. haha..
5-day week time table..
but exam dates gonna be quite packed..
9,10,11, 12 and 16..
hope i can cope.. =)

dislike dislike dislike. . .
Dislike the moment when i've to plan my time-table..
Dislike the moment of hunting for electives to fit my time-table..
Dislike the moment of seeing so many AUs to clear yet i couldnt find any electives to clear them..
i dun mind having horrible time-table during sch time..
i jus mind about the exam dates..
but it seems like the courses i wan always have "bad" exam dates..
either it clashes or it falls on the same/consecutive days..

holiday holiday holiday!!
whee.. finally exam ended on wed 22nd!
my dec left with jus last few days before the new year comes..
still quite sad over my dec holiday packed with sch work and exams!!
not much of birthday and christmas mood..
but it still feel great to spend my birthday and christmas eve with my wonderful frens..
everywhere is like so crowded today..
pple busy doing last min shopping for presents, hanging out with frens or preparing for some party tonight.. haha

My NOT-SO-FANTISTIC 21 years =)
11 Dec 1989 around 9.30am..
a small little baby gal was born!
and it's me - Joan! haha..
- me when i'm a baby! so much hair and face so round.. LOL -
i'm happy and satisfied to be born to be who i am now..
for the 21 years..
from the day i was born..
i was given great care and love from my family..
good food, good living environment and good pple/frens around to lead me in my life..
and a nice sis who is always there to help me along whenever i face difficulties..
i think i'm really lucky and blessed.. =)
i rmb i used to be very naughty and playful when i'm young..
(i noe till now i'm still playful at times la.. haha)
bullied my sis till she really hate me..
tried to hide somewhere in the house thinking that no one will noe so that i wont have to go sch..
my childhood days is jus PLAY PLAY and PLAY! haha..
dun like to study and everyday jus go sch play and come home watch tv..
that shows why my PSLE results so lousy..
i jus merely get through 200.. haha
entered Peirce Sec Sch..
a neighbourhood sch near my house..
this is where it changed me..
somehow it seems like a turning point to my studies..
first 2 years still loves to play and everyday jus hang around after sch..
it was only after sec 3 when i got streamed into a class and subject combi which suits me..
got influenced by the pple around me and motivation from the teachers to study..
it was oso then that i realised that i actually like maths..
it was the encouragement, expectations and "man zhu gan" that made me start to study hard..
the most satisfied achievement i got was graduating from Peirce with 5A's for my O'levels..
that was something i have nv thought of when my grades was announced.. haha..
- my sec school class photo!! can spot me? not much changes.. haha.. -
after sec sch..
the decision whether to go to a JC or a Poly..
went NYJC for first 3 months..
met great frens there..
but it was the GP that made me feel so tough in JC..
still rmb i cried a few times..
wanting to drop out from JC to poly..
but in the end..
still strive on and got through the 2 years..
and lucky managed to get a decent grade to get into a university.. haha
- the RANDOM clique - done this up last year.. lazy to make new one again.. haha..
dunno why i actually chose to major in maths..
i used to think those maths teachers are crazy to study maths as a degree.. haha
and now i'm like "shooting" myself saying i'm crazy.. LOL..
i jus noe that that time without any thought i jus wanna get into NTU (partly bcos sis was there) so jus put watever courses i'm interested in and see wat i got..
maths wasn't my first choice..
it was my 3rd choice..
first 2 were related to econs/maths..
but too bad think they think my eng not good cannot write well so dun wanna accept me.. haha..
but now i think lucky i din get into econs..
cos i think formulas suit me more than writing..
and i wouldn't be able to meet my current uni clique..
they nv fail to fill my days with fun, joy and laughters.. =)
- The Queens - done this up last year.. lazy to make new one again.. haha..
in between the JC-university long break..
i oso had my very first part-time job..
first time working and earning $$.. haha..
it was at mum's office -ICA..
worked in PRSC section for like around 6 months..
somehow it was like a "disaster" cos it's the busiest period of all.. haha..
but overall a fun and good experience over there..
- with my supervisor and working mates at PRSC -
during that period i oso did my braces and learnt driving..
getting a driving licence was my dream since young..
cos i thought it would be so nice to drive around anywhere anytime..
but after i got my licence and started driving..
i think it's not so nice at all..
it's still better to be on the passenger seat driven by someone.. haha..
really thanks mum for sponsoring the braces and driving course..
and not forgetting the most enjoyable and best holiday trip i had in HK last year..

long time since the whole family go on a holiday..
loved the moment at wax museum and HK disneyland..

looking forward to the next family trip..
probably taiwan next year..
the place where i always wanted to go but haven go.. haha..
supposed to go there for birthday trip..
but cos of exam so no choice..
hope next holiday get to go taiwan!! =)
come to think of it..
although there's not much life experiences and achievements in my 21 years..
